Queens Place Mall

Staten Island Mall 

Also known as Si Mall, this is the largest mall in New York City. It is owned by Macerich and was built on the site of the former Castleton Corners shopping center. It is located in the Staten Island neighborhood at the corner of Veterans Road West and Richmond Avenue, Staten Island, NY 10309.  

It was built in the 1980s and currently has more than 130 stores and a food court with approximately 30 eateries. As of 2010, the mall is anchored by J. C. Penney, Macy’s, Lord & Taylor, and Target.

This hip shopping mall offers a wide array of brand names. The Shops at Atlas Park have diverse and quality brands in fashion, home decor, furniture, electronics, restaurants, and more.

Chelsea Market

Brookfield Place 

Brookfield Place, officially named 250 Vesey Street, is a mixed-use property in Lower Manhattan that opened in April 2012 and cost $1 billion. The shopping mall is operated by Brookfield Properties and is owned by a joint venture of Mitsui Fudosan and New York State. 

It includes an underground concourse area with links to nine subway lines, a luxury hotel, and retail and office space. There are 30 restaurants, cafes, and food shops, 150 retail stores, 14 luxury retailers, and ice- skating space!

Atlantic Terminal Mall 

This is located in the downtown Brooklyn neighborhood, next to the Atlantic Terminal train terminal, and is connected to many subway lines via the Atlantic Avenue/Barclays Center station. 

Developed by Forest City Ratner Companies and designed by Perkins+Will, the mall opened on August 4, 2004, with Barnes & Noble as an anchor tenant. It has over 130 stores and eateries and sits on 32 acres of land.
